Welcome to CastWatchy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CastWatchy platform, website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using CastWatchy in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

CastWatchy is an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming platform that provides subscribers access to live television channels, on-demand content, and related media entertainment services delivered via the internet.

CastWatchy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their experience.

To use CastWatchy, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law
• You must not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws or regulations
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• You must maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• You must reside in a region where the Service is available and not circumvent any geographic restrictions

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use CastWatchy with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

When you create an account with CastWatchy, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• 1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone else.
• 2 Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately at support@castwatchy.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
• 3 Single Household: Your account is intended for personal use within a single household. Sharing your account credentials outside your household is strictly prohibited.
• 4 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate registration information. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
• 5 Account Responsibility: CastWatchy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

CastWatchy offers subscription-based access to its Service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

CastWatchy reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree to use CastWatchy only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. The following describes acceptable uses of our Service:

• Accessing and streaming content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only
• Using the Service on devices that you personally own or control
• Sharing content only as expressly permitted by the content's rights holders
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Reporting any bugs, vulnerabilities, or issues through our official support channels
• Using the Service within the geographic regions for which your subscription is valid

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using CastWatchy. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content accessed through our Service
• Recording, downloading, capturing, or reproducing any streamed content without explicit written permission
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or subscription access to third parties
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, or bypass any digital rights management (DRM) or technical protection measures
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to misrepresent your geographic location to access content not available in your region
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service's servers or networks
• Impersonating CastWatchy, its employees, or any other user or entity
• Using the Service to access, store, or distribute illegal, offensive, or infringing content

All content, features, and functionality available through CastWatchy — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of CastWatchy or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The CastWatchy name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CastWatchy. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only
• This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from CastWatchy
• All content streamed through our platform remains the property of the respective content owners and broadcasters

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• CastWatchy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection, device capabilities, and network conditions
• Channel availability is subject to change due to licensing, broadcasting rights, and technical factors
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party channels or any third-party links on our platform
• CastWatchy makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASTWATCHY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This limitation applies to damages resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service by third parties
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result
• Content defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party

In no event shall CastWatchy's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service exceed the amount paid by you to CastWatchy during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CastWatchy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the platform
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users, third parties, or the integrity of our systems
• Required by law or a court or regulatory order
• Extended periods of inactivity beyond what our subscription terms allow

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which CastWatchy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved through the following process:

• 1 Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@castwatchy.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
• 2 Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may request non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.
• 3 Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

CastWatchy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account
• Displaying a prominent notice on our website or within the Service

Changes to these Terms will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
