2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

First-Time Purchase

Refunds are only available for your first subscription purchase with CastWatchy.

Within 2 Days

Your refund request must be submitted within 2 days of the original purchase date.

Technical Issues

You experienced persistent technical issues that our support team could not resolve.

Contacted Support

You contacted our support team and gave us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

  • Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • The request must include a valid reason and supporting details about the issue experienced
  • Your payment must have been processed successfully and not already disputed
  • You must not have previously received a refund from CastWatchy

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Renewals

Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.

Plan Upgrades

Fees paid for plan upgrades or add-ons are non-refundable once the upgraded access has been granted.

Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.

Policy Violations

Accounts terminated due to Terms and Conditions violations are not eligible for any refund.

After 3 Days

Requests submitted after the 3-days refund window has expired will not be considered.

ISP / Device Issues

Issues caused by your internet provider, device incompatibility, or network configuration are not eligible.

4. Free Trial Policy

CastWatchy may offer a free trial period to new subscribers. The following terms apply to free trials:

  • Free trials are available to new CastWatchy subscribers only one per person, household, or device
  • You will not be charged during the free trial period
  • At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand
  • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle
  • Once a free trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund terms apply
  • Abuse of the free trial system (such as creating multiple accounts) will result in permanent bans

To cancel your free trial, contact our support team at least 24 hours before your trial period ends to ensure no charges are applied to your payment method.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different payment method or account.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period and the nature of the issue reported. The decision to grant a partial refund rests entirely with CastWatchy's billing and support team.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We can often resolve issues faster and more efficiently than a formal dispute process.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting CastWatchy support may result in immediate account suspension
  • Fraudulent chargebacks (where service was received and used) will be disputed with full transaction evidence
  • Accounts subject to chargebacks will be permanently banned from CastWatchy services
  • We reserve the right to recover costs associated with defending fraudulent chargeback claims
