Find Your MAG Box MAC Address
Go to Settings → System Info. Note the MAC address and send it to our support team.
Set the Portal URL
Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals and enter your portal URL:

What internet speed do I need for IPTV?
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD and 50 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired ethernet connection always provides the most stable experience.

Do I need a VPN to use IPTV?

How do I update my channel list?
Most apps auto-refresh on open. If channels seem outdated go to Settings → Refresh Playlist, or close and reopen the app.
